What we collect
Account details (name, email), the check-ins and notes you write, your conversations with the AI coach, and basic usage info to keep the app healthy.
How we use it
To deliver the service, personalize your experience, train your AI coach on your own context (never shared across accounts), and communicate updates.
What we do NOT do
We do not sell your data. We do not share your check-ins or coach conversations with advertisers. We do not use your personal content to train third-party models.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
Your rights
You can export or delete your data at any time from account settings, or by emailing support@lucentsoulapp.com. Account deletion requires a signed-in account, a verified email where email-linked records exist, and typing DELETE. We remove your login/profile details, journals, stored assessments, moods, private coaching conversations, AI memories, plans, preferences and other account-linked records. Member files in account-specific storage paths and your email-service contact are removed too. The Survival Assessment is not stored. Deletion is only confirmed after all supported steps and checks succeed; a failed or interrupted request is incomplete and can be retried. An email request alone is not proof of identity.
Deletion exceptions and limits
Safety-event identifiers, conversation links and narrative content are erased; non-content operational risk, source, timing and review flags remain for safety oversight. A content-free deletion receipt keeps status, step names and timestamps, not your account ID, email or reason. No fixed retention period for these residual records has been established. Payment providers may retain transaction records under their own obligations. Backup copies cannot be selectively erased here; their expiry period has not been verified. External AI and email providers may retain processing or delivery logs; we cannot verify their retention periods or erase those logs through this account-deletion process. Previously delivered emails, downloaded exports and private drafts on other devices are not remotely erased. Pre-signup records are matched to your verified email, which does not independently prove who originally submitted them. Contact support with questions about these limits.
Storage & security
Your data is stored in encrypted databases. Access is restricted to a small team under strict policy.
